I hate that they always move your car. Why? If they have spaces, if you leave the cars where you drop them off, you still have spaces. We had our year old parents with us and our car was as far away from the reception as you can get and it was pouring with rain. I may well not use this site again because of that

A separate entrance at the office, so a second queue could form for key collection would speed things up on return. Everything else was excellent. THANKYOU.

Checking in & out were very good, The bus in was very good we had to wait a long time for the bus on ret we know it was around1.30am but there were a lot of planes landing & we think you should have been better prepared.
