Parking was easy to find, the receptionists friendly and efficient. Transfers to and from the terminal were smooth and quick. Altogether a stress-free experience.

Staff were v,goof. However the Exit signs from the overflo park where the car had been parked were confusing due to the many beacon-cones at part of the site.

Good quick transfer to terminal and plenty of parking close to the reception. On the return there was confusion over getting on the three doorways of the bus which meant that the bus left with empty spaces on the last car. Could be better organised with queues for each door which would be fairer.

Had to walk a long distance in rain from parked car to reception on departure. Car had mud on mats and some of seats on pick up.

Utter chaos at 4.30am, will never park here again. I will happily pay extra to stay on site within walking distance of airport.

The staff are helpful but the problem is the distance you now have to carry your cases when you park and return from journey, form booking in office. An area you could pick up your cases after you collect your car would be an improvement.

It was quite a treck out to CF8 with heavy suitcases but that was my only criticism. Staff found our car keys easily and cheerfully. Earlier still someone had moved existing passengers further down the coach so that the rest of us could get on. He had been polite and thoughtful and took care not to upset the other passengers. Outward trip to terminal on 1 June was fine too. Thank you.

I have used your car park for about - years and told everyone how great it is - however I arrived back on 9th June from Edinburgh to collect my car - i was told it was in overflow park CQ4 a considerable distance away I could not find it - fortunately one of the people working on the area offered to get it for me which he kindly did. It took minutes for me to leave the car park- my luggage was saturated as it was raining heavily . I was not impressed with your service and am highly unlikely to either use your car park again or recommend it to anyone else. From Pam Mayman

Staff very efficient at desk.Pick up bus overcrowded and for a disabled traveler very stressful some form of queuing should be considered which would also help those with young children and pushchairs

My car was not bought out of the high security enclosure for me hence a long walk in the rain with suit cases in tow - I was told it would be bought back to the kiosk as it has been in the past and this did not happen

It was not organised at all with people pushing in the queues to get on the bus back to the car park. There is going to be an accident and people are going to get hurt. Some passengers are coming out through the departure entrance and pushing to the front of the queue I have reported this previously but to no avail.

i have written e mails to bristol airport car parking admin and also letter of complaint on their complaints site on line.it was a shambles! it took us almost an hour to get our car due to wrong information from the staff at the desk. it was col and we walked back and froth reception till we finally found our car nowhere near where we were told to pick it up.would never use Silver Zone again and would not recommend to anyone! there were a few people complaining and wanting to see the manager for all different complaints.

Good Value Easy to park and just hand in keys. Bus was waiting to transport us to departures and was quick and easy. When arrived back it was quick to pick up the car keys and car was parked nearby.

Very long queue stretching across the car park. But moved fairly quickly. Bank holiday flights obviously very bust. Will be good when premises extended. Would Def benefit now from bus route in and out of airport as long queue then too.

All went smoothly. Use this car park several times a year for approx 4/6 weeks each time and the only thing is when we get back the car is parked as far away from reception as is possible and if its raining or late it is a problem

Unfortunately on our return it was very busy so we had to walk a long long way with our cases to our car in the overflow car park and there was no help, lucky it was dry or it would have been horrible.

There was a massive queue when we arrived at the Silver Zone Office. It took rather a long time to get processed, which meant we nearly missed our flight. We had not experienced this before. Perhaps more staff are required at peak times in the morning when flights are due out.

Bad experience- I have written to them to complain. When we returned from hols they gave us a yellow ticket with bay number and pointed us in the direction of our car. We walked 7 mins and could not find the bay! Came back to reception ( 7 mins)!they said we must of missed it. Went back again found the bay but no car!! We spent mins looking around and it was in 6 rows away and a different number bay!! We spent half hour in the cold looking for our car!! When I went back to reception I asked to speak to the manager but no one wanted to know! I asked them to ring him and they said he would meet me in 5 mins ( there was others waiting to complain also) I waited mins no sign of him - I demanded a complaints form to complete. They gave me a little slip with e mail address and tel number. Could not get answer on tel no! I have sent two e mails - 1 to Bristol airport admin and filled in a complaints form on line last Sunday - still waiting a response! I sent photos of the ticket - which had on the reverse a different car and reg number and also a different name! Will NEVER USE SILVER ZONE BRISTOL AIRPORT PARKING again!!! An hour wasted! In the cold!

On arrival the reception was a bit chaotic with another customer shouting about waiting for their car for over an hour and wishing other customers "good luck" using this service. This did not inspire confidence . On our return from holiday we collcted our car with no delays but found that they had moved it - which he hadn't been aware of - and they had also left our car unlocked. We were not happy but just wanted to get home so did not return and complain.
