On return was directed to the incorrect parking slot because the hand written slot number should have read CC05 and not CC15, which in fact was CC/5. This cost me half an hour in locating my car etc at half past midnight. Not amused.

We did not expect to have to walk to the perimeter as our car had been moved to CE44 without any transport . Fortunately it wasn't dark or bad weather . Very disappointed ,never again and at a cost of £60 porr value for money

Staff were brilliant and everything was so quick - A large queue had formed on our way back but the staff dealt with everyone so promptly. A very smooth operation!!

My girlfriend and I had a night flight which found us retrieving our car at 3:00am. We had a little trouble finding our car in the dark, and following the markings on the floor. Apart from this, excellent.

Booked silver zone car park and Aspire lounge. No issues, easy booking process and everything went very smoothly. We did have to wait in quite a long queue to give car key in and bus to get to departures was very full but this was nothing to do with holiday extras, just need to be aware this is unavoidable on busy days. Facilities in lounge have been refurbished recently.it's a relaxed place to start your holiday and in my opinion value for money as long as you don't go in and drink water.

Have used nearly every time I fly from bristol. Always happy with service, although this time car was parked in over flow car park which was fine but didn't get told this and took forever to find car-not what you want at the end of your hol!!

The check in when we arrived was chaotic. Loads of people waiting and 1 bus turned up to take us to the airport. Busses need to be more frequent we travel a lot and use your services all the time at different airports. I must say Bristol is the worst we have come across

When I arrived, parked up. Furthest away from reception. Only to see the signs to say remember your bay number so had to go all the way back. Then had to take all my keys off at reception. A sign or something explaining all this around the site would be helpful.

Helpful staff. Car park is a bit confusing at the moment as it is being extended is the signage for exits is nit correct.

On arrival had to park a about meters from reception and drag my cases that distance to drop off keys. On collection car was parked almost as far away. Absolute rubbish! Used similar parking at many other airports. There you park in dedicated lanes directly outside reception and drop off keys. on return car is parked close to reception for collection.

Efficient office at the gate and efficient bus transfer. But the car park is a shambles and requires the customer to wander great distance, whatever the weather.

Everything went well, if I had to suggest any improvement it would be on the service from the airport to the car park, long queues and people pushing in, I also think the bus is not a very good design, if the seats were removed and suitcases down one side, no racking as people can't lift their cases anyway, people could stand, it's not far, few seats at the back for disabled, but on the whole good service.

Leave the car in space we parked it rather than moving. Arriving back in the dark was hard to find car and pulling cases and being tired you could do without the fuss. If it had been raining would have been a nightmare.

Car couldn't have been parked further from key collection booth, in overflow car park. Exit route blocked off, no other directions shown. Had to proceed against flow of traffic, mainly vehicles driven by car park staff, who were quite insensitive to our and other users plight.

It was good until we returned pick up the car at 1am on Saturday. Got the keys quickly but the car was parked a long way away on bay co42 when the ticket showed cq42? I have used this car park on numerous occasions in the past and my car has always been brought to a bay near the office for pickup​. It's a good job it wasn't pouring with rain!

When we arrived on the 3rd we were told to park close to drop off as I have mobility issues although I don't as yet have a blue badge.when we arrived back on theth our car was at least two car parks away from the key pick up area with my mobility issues it took use nearly minuets to get to our car. When we got to the car we packed our case in the boot changed all the seat settings so I could get in the car" I understand somebody is going to move my car " when I started the car the stereo nearly took my eardrums out the radio was tuned to a channel I have never heard of and was on volume where as I am aware that somebody will have moved my car while we were away and then brought it back the day we arrived back I don't expect them to abuse my trust or my car.

Staff helpful My car was a very long way from office on my return which meant a long walk with cases. If it had been raining this would have made it worse. Other than this the service was fine

Fast track was easy. Car parking at Bristol is not as good as Southampton.Why is Meet and Greet at Bristol so expensive?Long stay has too many steps to go up when you have luggage.So left to use Silver zone and get on a bus!
