Everything was plain sailing until we returned. We were a family of 7 with 2 young children. One of which was asleep as it was midnight when we arrived back. Our car was in CC37. I was told just walk to the gate and you are there! It was the longest walk that you could do. We walked past empty space after empty space that our car could have been moved to but no ours was about the farthest away. If we had been told how far it was we could have waited while my husband got the car and came back up for us. Please don't let tired family's have to do this horrible walk with cases and sleeping children!!

Not an issue with Holiday Extras, but the location we had to park the car was a very long way from the check in desk; it would have been a miserable experience if it had been raining. Collection at the end was fine.

We had to park a fair way from reception as the carpark was full. On our return our vehicle was not in the location we were given and we had to be driven around the carpark looking for it.

Car park being developed and had to walk a very long way when we dropped car off and even longer on way back.very busy at airport due to champion league football flights so busy had trouble getting out of terminal. Took just under 2 hours from plane landing to getting on road.have used silver zone many Times before and been away in less than an hour. Airport should have made provision for carport access during this busy period

Long wait to give in keys and to get transport to the airport. On return there was a long wait to get keys back and as they move your car you then have to find it. Think I prefer parking where you park your car in a space that suits you and take your car keys with you!

Long wait to give in keys and to get transport to the airport. On return there was a long wait to get keys back and as they move your car you then have to find it. Think I prefer parking where you park your car in a space that suits you and take your car keys with you!

Nope would not recommend, car was moved to overflow car park on pickup given incorrect bay number. Drivers could not contact office when asked for help and when I phoned office got answer machine so had to walk all way back to office to get correct bay number. They should give you a ticket with the bay info on to avoid confusion and better signage of where overflow is.

There was a very long queue when we arrived and if we had waited we would have missed our flight. A staff member was very helpful and took our car key off us in the queue outside and registered it. On the way back another massive queue, people jumping ahead of people, absolute chaos. Won't do this again!

My car was moved and then we had to return to reception as it was not where we were told it would be. We had been travelling since 6am and having to walk up and down a long car park 4 times was not nice.

Smooth operation but they have extended the silver zone car park so your car is placed further away in the pick up zone so shuttle bus should be made available. Not good if you have lots of luggage and / or children. May not use silver zone again.

We arrived at 5.15am on Sunday the/5/17 to find a queue snaking around the block to hand their keys in, people were getting really stressed about missing flights and I queued for over minutes. On the return the first bus was full and we waited a full minutes for another, so no, I will not use silver zone again.

all runs smoothly just fed up having to treck dragging suitcases and bags to far end of car park. vehicle is always in a different part to when we arrive. bus service would be easier to transfer from picking up keys.
