No they had the wrong return flight so my car was not ready and then I couldn't find it. A kind gentleman from the office was driving around picked me up took me back to sort it out .

Staff were excellent. Howevewr the car was parked at the farthest point from the reception when we returned and was covered in dust. Queues for the bus were long and after a long wait to get through baggage abd passport control it was the last thing we needed. Almost 2 hours from landing to driving out of the car park - straight into heavy traffic on the A38.

There were not enough staff available when we arrived at 4pm. When we returned our car was in the overflow car park which seems to defeat the object of parking with Silver Zone!

We had the longest time ever queuing at the start of the holiday. It took us nearlyminutes to drop our keys off! Also on return our car was at the very end of a overspill car park! Luckily it wasn't raining!!!!!

We had to wait outside in a long queue for over minutes at 4:45am to book the car in. It was very cold but luckily not raining. Not a good way to start a holiday.

On return to my car I discovered it had a flat battery. However after reporting it in the office they sent a chap with a battery booster and had me up and running within minutes. Not bad service at:45

The staff were very helpful, no problems with the parking. The only issue we had was leaving the airport friday tea time, so the traffic was horrific. Which had nothing to do with Bristol parking.

On picking up car directions from your staff to where obscure causing us to walk in the wrong direction and was parked at the extreme edge of your site. Fortunately it wasn't raining.

The staff were great. I was given the wrong location for my car on return.:30 with four other people including a wheelchair. Not happy. The staff found my car and brought it to us. It was in CF21 NOT the CF12 I was given

Bad car queue to get in, then long queue to drop off keys, then more queuing to get on packed transfer bus, had to wait for 2 buses on return at airport, queuing again then queued again to get keys, would not use silver parking at Bristol again, would use Holiday Extras

Arrived home to collect car to discover that it had been scratched in car park. Report made to authorities, who informed me that I should take up matter with Bristol Airport currently investigating matter. CCTV might need extending as it may prove crucial to identifying who actually caused the damage.

I was most surprised that you charge £7.90 Extra, I believe it was for fast boarding, I was just looking at the offers you sent out. with no intention to book. but you charged me. didn't know until I got home from my trip that you charged me, most disappointed.

Did seem to be under more pressure than normal. We had to change where we parked on arrival after following signs (believe signs had been altered) didn't feel I was believed. Just slightly annoying at 4am
