Staff did not explain that my car was in an overflow car park on my return it took a fair while and a return trip to the staff to find it. If they had explained when I picked up my keys the process would have been much better.

I always use and recommend holiday extras but this time I was very disappointed. The Silver zone parking was in complete disarray with the scarcity of stewards And lack of directional signs. I finally was directed and parked up which led to a long walk over uneven ground to the drop off. I think out of courcity we should have been informed of the works taking place and given clear instructions on arrival. On my return flight which was early morning we where herded into the smallest busses when back at the drop off I saw many larger busses all parked up.

I will never use Bristol Silverzone again. Arrived in good time. Parked long way from office. Very long slow moving queue. Took one hour to hand in key. Most of queue in open and unprotected fro inclement weather. Computer did not recognise my reservation. Only three operatives open for handing in keys. Shambolic!

The directions were easy to follow as was the booking in procedure. The staff dealt with a queue very quickly and efficiently. They were welcoming and provided clear instructions regarding the transfer bus. The bus transfer was good and we didn't have to wait very long at the airport on our return. Collecting the car was also very efficient and the staff provided information on the location of our car. The car was very dusty due to the very hot weather but this wasn't the fault of the parking staff. I was very happy with the arrangements.

Staff helpful but car was miles awayon pick Up! ! CM28 there were loads of empty spaces before, if you extend the parking you will need buses soon to get to the car

The service was great and ran smoothly. My only slight criticism was that our car was in the furthest corner of the car park when we return from our holiday. It would be useful to have an area near reception where you could pull in to load luggage etc. It was a long walk to the car with heavy bags and a small child who was exhausted after a long journey!
