There needs to be a better queue system when waiting to check in car keys on arrival. There were several irate customers outside as I arrived early morning probably peak flying time with no organised queue so plenty of queue jumping. queue system is needed. On return pick up, quick and efficient but much less people waiting.

We've used you many times, the only complaint we have on this occasion was the route march to get to our vehicle at 2 in the morning after a 4 hour flight, it wasn't like there weren't any empty spaces closer, this is the first time we've ever had to mention anything.

It was probably our worst experience with Silver Zone parking. On arrival at on Wedth of June Our flight was at.There were lots of people around the office. We parked our car which seems to be further away every time we go, and were met with approx people queuing in a snake outside. We queued for an hour just to hand our car key in eventually taking the bus to the terminal where we encountered more huge queues after queuing for another hour I had got through in one queue and my wife was still in another, I told her I would check which gate we were at. I had to run back when I found out our flight was boarding at gate 4. We just made the gate as the last of the passengers were going through. We were put under extreme pressure due to the delays. NOT THE BEST WAY TO START YOUR HOLIDAY.

OK but very disappointed to find car in CP55 on return. After long day travelling too far for mature couple. Would have thought that the GBP20 for a car wash would cover the cost of return to a slot nearer to reception

Being a frequent traveler I use silver zone a lot and have found them great. However I was disappointed on this occasion to find my car parked at CJ41. A good minutes walk from reception, which normally would be ok, but in the rain, not acceptable. Perhaps an umbrella or a lift could be provided for a returnee dressed in a tee shirt and shorts.

Very smooth except for the fact there is nowhere to wait while keys are brought etc. I understand you are addressing this. We were with you at a quiet time so the queue was short- but facilities are small for busy times ( I imagine).

Just a small problem navigating your site. The 'Frequent questions' didn't cover our questions - then not easy to get a human being! On return the car was parked at the far end of the parking lot and my wife has a problem walking.

Returned on thend June to find my car parked half a mile away I told my car was parked in disable spot and my blue badge on dash board.so my car was not parked in a disable spot .I have difficulty walking to far and my wife suffers with her chest,plus the fact my wife sprained her ankle after stepping in a pot hole as it was dark when we got back .i complained to one of the staff but no manager on site .i think I should have some sort of compensation

Check in for the car was very good, simple and fast. Unfortunately pick up for the car was really disappointing. The car had been moved from the space we dropped it off at which is normal and acceptable. However it had not been moved back closer and it was parked in row CK which is circam away from reception in s different gated compound. This would not have been an issue if I was traveling by myself but I had my wife and two children with me, one is 2 years old and the other is four months, plus all of our luggage including two car seats. I don't think it's right to expect a 2 year old to walk this distance. We were lucky the baby was in his pushchair. There are no trolleys we could of used. Having used the Silver Zone parking many times before my confidence has dissolved in its management. I drove back to reception and complained but no explanation was offered. I'm not convinced that it works for family's with young children. Regards Paul Watkins

On arrival we had to park miles away from the reception, The info suggests you drop your car in a drop off space which sounds like it's next to the reception area but it may not be! For all I know you could have moved my car from 1 space to another and called them all drop off bay's. On return the car would only have been further away if it had actually been in Bristol which at:am I was not impressed with.

Arrived back at Bristol to a flat battery as the silver zone staff had left something on which had completely drained the battery. They jump started the car which got us home but when engine switched off would not restart. Had to buy a new battery at a cost of £200. Not a happy customer!!!
