All good, helpful happy staff and rapid transfers to/from the terminal building but allow extra time as people doing drop-offs make for congestion. A dedicated bus lane would help.

Everything fine except after 3 weeks away, delayed flight and 2.30 am return we were faced with a long search for our car in CH. May I suggest that those away longer get parked nearer to reception than this.

When collecting the car it was parked a long way from the building where key was picked up although there were lots of empty spaces near to key collection building.

All good on the outward journey. The return was 'a nightmare'. Our car had been moved to almost the furthest part of the zone and the map provided at reception sent us off in the wrong direction. We needed to ask for re-direction twice ( the operatives were however apologetic and helpful. But for a couple who had asked for Assisted Travel because of walking difficulties it was a let-down.

No problems or glitches. Everything went smoothly and efficiently. Only gripe would be that on return our vehicle was parked in CG38 which iwas at least a 5 minute walk. No fun when pushing heavy suitcases against the wind in the rain.

Check in Staff helpful and efficient. On arrival stopped to allow my husband to get a case out of the car. An employee who was moving a parked car nearly drove into us. A collision was avoided because my husband banged on the moving car. would have spoilt out holiday

I have booked numerous occasions with you but this time it was total cauios . The queue for dropping off keys was ridiculous and the a coach dropping off caused even more problems. Then having difficulty trying to get on a coach. Then when landed surely you being fully aware of number of people arriving you'd send to coaches not one. Ramming use like sardines. Silverzone parking really needs to sort themselves out. I'm totally appalled.

On my return to collect car It had been moved and parked approx. metres from the reception which was difficult to find and there were many parking places close by I use your parking at Bristol 3 or4 times a year but I now have an option of catching a bus from Plymouth which is a lot cheaper I complained to the guy at reception and he said " your not disabled"

I have used the Silver Zone for many years recommending it to friends & family as the best airport car park. However, not anymore! Normally on return your car is relatively close to the key collection office but not this time mine was taken from quite close to the office to CK69!!!! My Wife has severe arthritis & was unable to walk the whole way so I had to leave her with the luggage & pick her up. Thank goodness it was fine. When we travel from Bristol next we will NOT be using the Silver Zone. Also I have been unable to put a 1 as my experience on the previous page.

Everything went smoothly on arriving, down to bus transfer to airport. On Returning bus transfer waiting outside airport, took 5 mins to collect key, then I was on my way home, brilliant service and timing.

Silver Zone parking at Bristol Airport is so popular that it has grown so much over the years that some times you have a long walk to your collect you car on your return. All in all a brillent service with very helpful staff and also the drivers on the transfer bus who also need recognising in their duties. out of.
