Drop off great, expected car to be brought back to me but had a long walk through muddy "field" in the rain to collect

Returned to v wet dark night, busy key collection. Given key and number of where to collect car. Couldn't find car so returned to confirm where car was located. This time told car through gate at far end and given faint photo copy map of site.Finally found car in farthest area by then both very wet and cold!

When I picked up the car it was a long walk from the office in the rain. They use to reposition cars near the pick up point.

Staff very helpful, but it was a very long way from the parking area to the reception to get the bus to the airport.likewise on the return trip, I would look to park nearer next time.

On returning we find the vehicle has been moved to the Farest end of the holding car park - not where it was when we left it ! It was a late flight in to then be told we had a long walk and search for the vehicle - which took about minutes or so to get to finally find the parking lot - would rather stay in the long term parking area from now on

We had quite a wait due to queues. On our return we were given wrong space number for our car so had to return to reception and queue again and then it took quite a while for them to sort it

We park at S.Z because it is close to the airport, but when we came to pick up our car we had been told we had to walk meter in the pouring rain with bags to reach our car. We did not even get offered a lift, because they had over booked.

Staff were very helpful and I have used this carpark many times with confidence. However my car was moved from its original parking slot, which was no surprise what was a surprise was that it was moved much, much further away from the Reception area and when on a late flight and tired I could have done without the schlep to recover my car. Also my lights which are automatic had been turned off and now I can't get the full beam to work!! Radio was also turned up to deafening volume!!

Always use Silver Parking for convenience . However this time parking wasn't easy as we had to park along way from key drop off due to resurfacing work . We should have been informed so that we could've allowed for extra time
