Better signage in new car park area and less distance to walk from reception to find car would be better. Otherwise all good. £50 for 4 days seems expensive.

i WAS HAPPY WITH ORIGINAL PARKING, BUT VERY DISAPPOINTED THAT WE HAD TO WALK SO FAR TO COLLECT THE CAR WITH A CHILD AND SUITCASES. I THINK THE LEAST YOU COULD DO IS MOVE THE CARS BACK NEARER DROP OFF POINTS READY FOR COLLECTION. iN FUTURE i DON'T THINK i WILL BE USING THIS SERVICE.

On return car wasn't in the bay we were told.Someone had to locate the car and bring it to us. So we were delayed in our leaving.Also the cars steering wheel and gear stick was very sticky??? I had to stop and clean these off as driving was very uncomfortable.

Female driver on Wednesday morning, Juneth very grumpy and unfriendly, no understanding of difficulties of travelling with baby. Also car a long way away on return, when plenty of space nearer.

i drive an ev, it would make a difference if you offered charging while we on holidays it takesmin and your moving the cars already so stopping to charge them would be a great opption for ev driver who might need to charge on the way home

Silver zone is a short trip away from the terminal. Be prepared to wait for a bus and once you have your keys the car was away at the furthest car park. Service was quick and staff very courteous. Next time I'll book a car park on site at the airport.

the drop off was fine. On return, there was a huge quue to collect key. Eventually, I retrieved the key but when we arrived at our allotted apace at the far end of the car park, it was not our car in the space! It was same make, same model and same colour - but NOT our car. It was our key but that didn't help. Somebody had messed up with recording the details so nobody knew where car really was. I returned to reception and they said they would find it and bring it to me. This didn't help when the rest of the family were still waiting by the alotted space. However, while I was walking from one place to another, my husband had found the car, but the reception guy still had my key. It was complete chaos and wasted about an hour of our valuable time when we had another miles to travel. NEVER again will we use Silver Zone car parking!

OK, but not amused to have such an extremely long way to have to walk, with heavy suitcases, to retrieve my car on our return to the airport.

Yes staff and facilities were absolutely fine. However on collecting my car it had a load of mud splashed and caked on over one side, and my door mat had dirt all over it. It now needs a good wash and clean... also it is very expensive for just 4 days of parking at £66 in a muddy carpark.

It was a bit like a cattle market. Staff pleasant and helpful but the trek from the car drop area to the office was arduous and the melee to collect keys brought us back to reality with a bump.

I would not use silver parking again. My car was moved and when I went to collect it , it was half a mile away and had an engine light on which wasn't on when I left it .

There was an issue using your website where it asked for the duration of my stay to which I entered a week. Saturday to Saturday, only to notice only after confirmation came through that the week ran up until the Friday. Which is an absolute joke! So I rang to ask if this could be amended as I had all ready paid £70 not 4 minutes before to be told no!? So I had to pay another 7 pound at the airport. The advisor i spoke was an absolute fool, just kept reiterating that yes that is un fair. But there's nothing we could do. You should be wearing balaclavas you crooks

Staff helpful but just much prefer to be able to walk to the car park rather than Wait for a bus then queu to get the keys, when we returned the car had been reparked and was about as far as possible away from the office, not great at 2am
