single parent 4 suitcases and hand luggage plus hand bag and a tried 9 year old and my car may as will been parked on the run way no offers of help i understand theres a lot to sort but car seat in front was seen towing when i arrived just think its a question that shpuld maybe asked as a single parent it was hard

Car was a long way from the reception building on return to pick up . Had to leave husband there as he has difficulty walking long distances and bring car to him . Could the car have been moved nearer reception for our return ? I would also have been very wet to drive home if it had been rainy . This is the first time the car has been so far from reception - CJ23

Yes all good just 1 thing I had to walk a long way to my car on my return to pick up car which was a little inconvenient as I suffer with a bad back

Everything was fine except for position of car which was as far away as could be in car park on our return. Lucky it wasn't raining. In February our car was moved to a spot near the check in and was fine.

Everything went very smoothly as usual. Staff were very helpful. The only thing to improve might be moving cars nearer to the checkin centre in readiness for flight arrivals. We had a long walk to our car late at night.

Yes very helpful and efficient. Friendly staff which is always nice. Bus driver prompt and cheerful too. Not having to walk very far after our flight back in the early hours made such a difference when you have a young child. Thank you.

Well organised easy to use and efficient on landing there was a coach ready to take us back to silver zone and we collected the keys within a minute and we were on our way
