as buses are every mins, when 3 planes land ant once 1 bus just isnt enough, when you get idiots with 5 cases standing in the isle,also as a start could not find ny car booking ,a good start ,,

when I eventually got back to my car,which was parked further away to where I left it,as I opened the drivers door,there was mud all over the floor mat on the carpet and side of door frame.the light switch had been left on.the wipers had been used,as there was mud smears down either side of windscreen.ihad spent the previous day vacuming and waxing my car inside and out.surely if the attendant has mud on his boots,they could use paper mats,as used by garages

We had to wait minutes for a transfer bus, there were more customers than 1 bus could carry, this is not acceptable especially at.00 in the morning.The next bus was parked outside the terminal for mins as out of service before transforming to silver zone, after we got on there were still about people waiting for a third bus, everything else about your service was fine.

The drop off was good nice and close to the key drop off point. However upon return we ad about a half mile walk to the furthest reaches of the car park to retrieve our car. After long flight not what i had expected.

Not impressed- when we returned to our car it had been moved to the far far end of the adjoining car park- took a while to reach it- this is the last thing you want to be doing when you get back from a holiday at 2am. Won't be using this car park again.

everything went very smoothly . from checking our car in at the desk to the bus to the airport and back again... literally took minutes. was also pleased that our car on our return was only in bay and probably took under a minute to get to rather than it being miles at the back of the car park. thank you would really recommend this service

Dropping car off was fine but collecting not so good as car had been moved quite a considerable distance away and directions given to retrieve it were not that clear. May not have been so bad if we didn't have to trudge all that way with 6 suitcases, a buggy and carry a baby.

Only one bus to pickup, packed in like sardines I had to stand in the concertina bit, which made our cases move all over the place around corners.(lots of buses standing idle at the carparking!!) very long wait and walk to overflow carparking.

On returning to pick the car up from Silver Zone we had to walk a very long distance with all are luggage to a new park area CM. The distance is unacceptable especially when your over. At the very least some form of transport should have been available

I did not realise that our car would be moved to the furthest parking area for our return. After a day travelling with young children, their accessories and 5 bags it was awful! The service would also be better if smaller buses did the transfer more regularly which would avoid the waiting around and the bottleneck of people at each destination.

Yes everything went smoothly and to plan. The only thing that maybe could of been better,was on our return to Bristol. We had to wait rather along time for the bus.Two flights came in at the same time and the que for silverzone bus stop ran the length of the terminal outside,more buses should of been ready to meet the demand of passengers. Also in getting the car back, it couldn't of been parked any further away if you tried.
