Not great return trip to our car it was pouring with rain and we're dropped off in the middle of the car park and had to wait in the rain to collect keys from a make shift office ..reliese this is only temporary but not what we needed when we got back

We landed in pouring rain and got soaked waiting outside the makeshift office to collect our car keys!! Hopefully the new office will be completed next time we travel. We should have been made aware when we left the car that the pick up place had moved.

What a mess the car park is, the renovations are incomplete, mainly the very poor surface for wheel suitcases, also Exit signs are not well marked

System in use for collecting car keys was very poor. A ten minute wait in pouring rain outside of a tiny hut and then a long walk to our car - not the service I have come to expect from Silver Zone parking.

OFF SITE PARKING! Not a good experience, never again. Reception Staff poor communication and with attitude to simple questions. Car smelled terrible, grit all over driver mat and outside covered in heavy dirt. Waiting around in the queue in the rain. Car miles away with no surface for rolling cases. Unclear in description when booking. If you like your car don't give the keys!

On our return we found that the office was being redeveloped and we were drop ped off by a portacabin to collect our keys. It was pouring with rain and no shelter provided. We had to queue in the rain and then walk a long way to the car. No clear exit signs. An experience not to be repeated.

It was an absolute shambles. Without any advanced warning we had to pick the car up from a temporary portacabin in the pouring rain. No apologies that the old reception was in the process of being knocked down and relocated. By the time we got to the car we were both soaking wet. A great way to finish a lovely Itailian holiday and yet again there was 1.2 miles on the clock whilst at the car park. Do they spend all day joy riding customer's cars??

Very poor service .my partner is disabled and we left the car in a disabled bay with the badge on show.i told the staff the car was in a disabled bay .on our return the car had been moved and I explained it was in a disabled bay to which I was told I would have to walk and collect the car myself which was miles away and could not find .on going back into the office they said a mistake had been made and they would get the car .no apology or nothing we werw waitng minutes from when we got there to getting in the car .this was 3 in the morning I asked for a refund and the staff told me I had to complain on line which I have done

All went to plan and the staff were very accommodating. We traveled with 2 very little children and being pregnant staff couldn't have been more helpful in making life easier. Car parked close to reception on pick up. Recommend highly.

Good overall,friendly staff but on our return we had to walk a LONG way through the usual car park into another zone. Fortunately it wasn't raining and we are quite fit but it would be a challenge for some.

We we came back they were not sure on bay number as writing was nit clear so went and double checked and then we were sent across 1st car.park to the second and then when we got to the bay our vat was not there so after searching across we found it took about mins.

Parking fine. Road markings/exit signs almost impossible to read in the dark, and they sent us to a closed exit. LONG queue to collect keys - only two staff, one of them dealing with a problem.

On returning to my car I was astonished to find my car had been vandalised with McDonald's food and packaging covering the roof and windscreen. After paying for so called secure parking I was very disappointed.

The booking procedure and instructions were excellent. I'm disabled and the driver helped on and off for departure. On arrival the first bus was full and the second dropping off passengers took ages to come due to driver chatting to someone he knew. After five minutes and hugs and waves he picked us up, no help.

I was very impressed with the parking. The system in place made it very quick and easy to book the car in and get to the airport. Upon return the bus collection was very easy to find and when we got to the office there was plenty of staff there to deal with everyone quickly and efficiently.
