The only problem is that now the silver zone has been extended it's a long walk to car when in the new section past the gates : there needs to be a shuttle bus .

The journey from the motorway took alot longer than expected through Bristol in rush hour would have been good to know this. Otherwise everything worked out very well. Pleasant staff and efficient service

Staff very helpful and polite. However my car was 5+ minutes walking from reception. Usually it's much closer. As We came from Spain where was degrees, it was little too much walk in degrees just in shorts and shirt in the middle of the night to get into my car.

Everything was great, easy drop off and pick up of our car. Just one complaint, whoever moved our car had extremely dirty shoes leaving the car mat in quite a mess!!

Shame they seemed to have stopped moving your car closer to the bus stop when you return as traipsing to the far side of the car park is not much fun.

The only downside is when you come back from your holiday your car is so far away.i think it should be put in your first car park nearer to where you get your keys.

I did not Park at Bristol. I was sent an email for money off my next parking which I completed, but I was parking at Gatwick and not Bristol which it automatically assumed, and I didn't realise I was booking wrong airport as I had put Gatwick in. When I spoke to advisor when realising the mistake, I was told nothing could be done. So I had to pay again to park at Gatwick. Which i arranged through someone else as I was not happy.

Everything went really smoothly as always. However, on arrival back in Bristol three flights landed simultaneously and the number of people requiring transfers back to Silver Zone overwhelmed the capacity. This made the trip, although short, a bit crowded and uncomfortable.

We've used Silver parking on several occasions, check in was fast definitely recommend Speedy Boarding, and on our return I paid for go bagless and checked in hand luggage, Menorca airport has excellent facilities.

Price for parking increased by £8 within 4 days Cost more to park than fly Car was moved to overflow car park which was a good minute walk & is extremely frustrating to walk past lots of empty spaces nearer the reception Even though I am not registered disabled do have arthritis & struggled to walk the extra distance

I wasn't impressed at how far we had to walk to get the car on our return - and for the staff to say it's in CD21 or that could be CO21 I can't read his handwriting is clearly unacceptable. The exit lanes weren't very clearly marked. It was all very disappointing because we have used them many times before and they've always been very good. Is there some costcutting going on?

On return found car moved to bay CQ this was 5 to min walk dragging cases. Then found car had been left unlocked. If no on site shuttle to take you to car then as pensioners unlikely to use Silver Zone but will still use Holiday Extras who provide good service. Please pass on my complaints to Silver Zone as I noticed many people grumbling about the distance and I think it would reflect badly on Holiday Extras as a booking agent.

Great hassle free parking with free bus to the terminal -even though half of our flight were parked in the same place as us getting our car keys back on arrival was quick and straightforward service .Would definately recommend -great value for money!

Second time we have booked through you for this car park. Although very happy with the whole procedure from booking to collecting the car on return. The only minor drawback was the car being about 3 times further away on collection than where we had initially left it. The staff were very efficient although there were queues at reception for both outward and key pick up on return, I waited no more than 5 minutes on both occasions.

Good service. However the booking process did not make it clear if I would be charged an extra day as my flight landed at:30. I therefore booked an extra day. The staff at the check in desk then told me this hadn't been necessary

When I got back from my holidays it was raining had to wait for the bus in the rain couldn't get us all on that bus but fair play there was on right behind ! THEN we got to the car park the heavens opened and I had to stand in a line of about people for my key with no cover ? By the time j got my key I was drenched through to my skin I then had a 1 and a 1/2 drive home in wet clothing which to no fault of your turned into 4 hrs due to a concert in Cardiff but never the less I still had soaking wet clothes on from your un covered car waiting area other than that the service was really good hope you exspansoin goes well but please think of you paying passengers when making these changes and how it affects them regards Jeff pugh

Silver Zone to be honest was a bit of a mess as it was undergoing new works. I was given the wrong location for my car and the new surface was a nightmare to drag your suitcases around. Fortunately a employee with a vehicle located our car. Finding the exit proved to be a nightmare as well. After a long day and at after 1 am in the morning with a 3+ hour drive ahead of us it all proved rather irritating. The booking process was fine apart from only getting% discount and then you swamped me with emails with% discount. Offer your best deal in the first place in future or I might use another method.
