I have parked my car at Silver Zone Car Park on numerous times and it's always been very easy to book, park and transfer to the airport. I think it's good value for money and will continue to park there whenever I fly from Bristol airport.

Everything went as expected except that when we arrived to collect our car we had to walk to the furthest place on the site with our luggage to get to the car. In previous times when we have used the car parking facility the car had been moved closer to the central office

on collecting car we were in CM15 which was quite a way for pensioners one with a dodgy foot to walk with luggage good job it wasn't raining.

Dropped car close to kiosk. Had to hand in keys so assumed on return car would be put close to kiosk. No. Had to lug su it cases to another car park and then some. Luckily it wasn't raining

The car was parked hundreds of yards away from reception and the lane markings were difficult to work out in the dark. We and our luggage got soaked in the heavy rain trying to find the car.

After collecting the keys, it was a very long walk to where the car had been parked. I like walking, but not after a long journey. Luckily it was not raining. There had been no effort made to bring the car to a more convenient spot. Everyone who arrived at the same time had the same issue.

On our return my car was moved to the back of the car park. As I had 2 children that were tired with me a staff member kindly brought my car to us.

Staff very helpful, gave the map where the car was parked. It was parked very far so made quite difficult to pick up with the children. So could perhaps look into the booking info and try to park closer if traveling with small children (2 and 4 years old)

Main service was great. Only thing was that my car was parked in the second car park which was about 1/2 mile away and when you have just come back from holidays with a large suite case which you have to drag all this way. If your car is parked that far away it would be nice to have a little shuttle bus etc to get to your car as not everyone would be able to walk all this way with a large suite case.

Staff lovely, as always, BUT you'd parked our car about as far away as humanly possible in your 'new' car park. A LONG walk (we were even given a map...you told us it was so far away!). Thank goodness it wasn't raining, or that it hadn't been a long-haul flight. May I strongly suggest that until you move into your NEW reception office....you DON'T send customers to their cars in the NEW car park!! Perhaps you might like to offer us a voucher for next time??!!!! ( we park with you regularly).

When arriving back at Bristol airport at 2.o'clock in the morning. We collected car keys ok but are car was parked in a bay so far away it took us nearly minutes to walk there with are luggage in the tipping down rain. Everyone that seemed to arrive back that time had the same problem with there cars being parked so far away.
