All as described. Even the building works were easily negotiated. Unlike the on airport parking building works which were a nightmare to deal with!

Because of the work to improve the site, I couldn't easily find my way out .. I had a late night flight so was tired, the car park markings didn't match what you needed to do to leave ... a member of staff shown me out !! ... not really a problem though and the service was very efficient

It did not go as smoothly as usual. The building works we encountered on our return journey had not been advised to us before we left so it was all a bit confusing. Added to which the car had been parked some way off despite having a disabled blue badge. As my wife has mobility problems, this was not the best end to a holiday. Just could have been a bit better organised as the works were known about but we were not informed of possible disruption.

With respect to Silver Zone Parking at Bristol Airport. had two scratches on my passenger door that were not present when I dropped the vehicle off. It was only 4 weeks old when I dropped the car off. I noticed them once I was home, therefore given the T&C's it is now my issue.

The only thing I was not happy about was the collection of the keys...it was from a porta-cabin with a no entry...I know there's work in progress but it was pouring with rain and no where to shelter while waiting ...

Excellent facility, easy to park and regular bus service to and from the airport. The only aspect that let it down was the surly and unhelpful staff member on our return on Fridayst July at c09:30. Just returned from the USA where customer service was the polar opposite - he could learn a thing or two from it.

Due to the improvements that are being made on the site the collection of our vehicle was less smooth this time. The staff were helpful though and the drivers of the buses we used were pleasant and helpful

To close down one reception area before the new one is opened and to have at least people queuing in the rain without shelter for to minutes is totally unacceptable

On returning to Silverzone to pick up my car I found the place in complete chaos. The offices were closed and customers were standing in the pouring rain whilst staff attempted to locate car keys from a portacabin. This disgraceful level of customer service should never have been allowed to occur. I am a frequent user and this is the fist time I have found silverzone giving such an appalling service.

Unfortunately on my return my automatic wing mirrors had been disssables and possibly damaged as a result of a member of staff forcing the mirrors closed instead of locking the car and allowing the mirrors to close automatically. I reported the matter to the reception area and the staff were very accommodating and assisted with the problem. Mirrors fixed by supervisor after about amin delay. Informed that the member of staff concerned for parking my car will be spoken to and given appropriate advice for the future.

The oubound drop off was perfect but return into Bristol was poor. The bus from the terminal broke down as the bus doors wouldn't shut so we had to all move ourselves and our luggage to another bus - not ideal at 2am! Then instead of being taken to the normal building we were driven to a tiny temporary portocabin where we had to wait in line in the pouring rain for our keys - again not ideal. I was dismayed to find that our car was parked really far away, despite the rows near the portocabin being practically empty so we had to drag our suitcases in the rain across gravel for row upon row. Very poor service.

Quick check in and check out. Would suggest more coaches ready at airport, as arrival times can be checked. Downside, raining and car in far carpark. Seemed to be lots of room nearer check in.

Staff were very helpful and polite at both drop-off and collection. I had not appreciated that I would be required to leave my keys with reception and that my car would be moved - when my car was re-parked the driver adjusted the mirrors and my seat and didn't move reposition them afterwards, which when my flight arrived back at 2.00am was a little frustrating. The wait for the bus for collection on my return was very long and all the more irritating was the fact that from the terminal, I along with the other passengers waiting to get to the Silver Zone, could see a bus on the other side of the barrier. As we had had to leave our flight number when we dropped off our car and keys, so the precise number of people requiring a bus and their time of touch down was known, a bus waiting for us at that time would have been appreciated. Considering it was a full bus that then arrived at Silver Zone reception at about 2.40am, there were at least 3 staff on duty and we were dealt with very speedily and politely. My car had been re-parked quite a distance from reception which with tired and grumpy teenagers was an interesting walk at that time!

Great service when arriving. Had to walk for a goodmins to car on return to find car not in bay that they told me it was. Car attendants had no radio to office. Had to walk back to office to be told they put car in different bay.

No problems with staff but very disappointed to find my car parked so far away from reception on my return! I fail to understand why it must be moved from where it was originally parked as it is not terribly convenient and it must be extremely labour intensive for you!!

Staff were very friendly and helpful. How ever when we got back (at approx 2am) I was disappointed to find that all the cars had not been brought closer to the reception, as had happened in previous years. I had to leave my family, including my disabled sister by the reception whilst I walked to the furthest section of the car park to retrieve my car. Not the service I have come to expect from the silver zone. It appeared that no one's cars had been brought closer. Very disappointing. Especially in the small hours of the morning.
