The service I received on returning home was dreadful. I was told my car was in space CS62 and was sent off in off to the left to look for it. Row CS only has spaces and the higher numbers were to the right! I returned to the reception area and asked for confirmation of which space my car was in. I was then told it was in CF62, but again was pointed off to the left. I eventually found my car but in completely the opposite direction. The reception staff showed little or no concern for detail and just expected me to wander round at gone midnight in the dark whilst they huddled in their hut. Am I impressed with your customer service? - NO!

The temporary facilities are inadequate and queueing at a portakabin in the rain to collect keys on return is unacceptable given the cost of parking.

All went without a hitch, staff were pleasant and helpful. The only point I think that could be improved on is when the car is collected the pick up space should be written down rather than being told letters and numbers. I would imagine some travellers would struggle after a long flight to remember the where the member of staff told them their car would be.

Upon returning to the airport at midnight I was not expecting to walk overm to the parking space where my car had been parked. There were several vacant spaces much closer to the collection point

When I selected the parking I purchased the long stay for £42.99. It went through and was taken out out of my bank account. I wasn't sent any confirmation email. I knew the transaction was taken out and I sent the screen shot for the long stay car park for £42.99 to my friends. We turned up at the long stay and were let through so didn't think anything of it. When returning 4 days later and tried to leave the car park it failed. Turned out I had apparently booked "silver zone". And had parked in the wrong place. I went through booking for long stay and had the screen shot but wasn't sent any confirmation otherwise I would have noticed and parked in the different zone. I ended up having to wait minutes to sort it out and had to pay the £16 difference. Not what you want when on a return journey!!!

Went smoothly as usual. I had an email during my holiday to say that there was some construction taking place and there would be a temporary collection point for keys on our return. They were very organized and we were on our way in no time at all. We always find this to be a well oiled machine.

I know silver zone parking at Bristol is undergoing development but the temporary arrangements are not good. No toilet facilities, long way to walk with luggage. Staff very helpful though.

We arrived back at Bristol early due to our booked flight being cancelled. We waited & were advised of the place our car was parked. when we arrived at the place our car was not there. A member of the staff helped us to find our car.

Was a nightmare picking car up as was moved to a new place for work being carried out. After being on plane for 3.5 hours then queuing for half hour to get your car with one person serving was very frustating

My carpets in the drivers foot well had brown mud stains on Which i was unhappy with also we arrived early hours of the morning The car was not parked in a lighted area meaning it was difficult to check the external paint work on my car from any damage My car is a brand new mercedes c class coupe with cream interior Your last two questions have not be answered as you need to add may be !! regards Douglas Porter

You moved my car and left the windows OPEN, when I returned at 2am in the morning my 1 year old daughters car seat was damp. I'm absolutely furious and will never use your service again, my question is why did your driver feel the need to not only open both rear windows but leave them open making my car pretty easy to steal!!!

The drive from the airport was a bit fast around the corners as people with bags and standing were being thrown around. Think health and safety. Also the braking was too severe. I would like to take your driver for a ride to see what he thinks

When picking car up it was a nightmare cars driving round and round trying to find a way out of the new parking area. The bus from the airport was over loaded on the way back people falling over to many standing.

On our return the reception area for silver zone had moved to a new area.Th bus took us to a different place to embark and the bus driver wasn't clear in telling us what to do.The bus stopped and eventually everyone got off.It all should have been organised better
