It was very straightforward for parking following the instructions with my booking confirmation email. We parked, handed over the keys and away we went on the transfer coach straight to the departure lounge and awaited our flight. Very easy. Our return was just as easy. And yes, we will definitely be using HolidayExtras again.

Collecting keys in the rain from the temporary hut was not very satisfactory. Staff were very quick but this is the West Country and we have plenty of rain ! There should have been some temporary cover arranged.

Used this facility many times however on the last two occasions my car was filthy it had mud all over the inside mat and door really disappointing. They are obviously making changes to the layout which is the reason for all the mud. However I do expect my car to be in the same condition inside as when I left it. This is not a cheap car park and I expect better.

Buses were crammed full but with the luggage racks half empty. The driver should supervise loading to prevent heavy luggage being placed on the floor impeding exit in the event of an accident.
