It was very efficient and the staff were helpful. The ladies toilets needed cleaning.

No it didn't start well, when we arrived they had no record of our booking at Bristol silver zone. Luckily my husband had his email as proof. The manager had to be called to sort things out as we were categorically told there was no booking. This did delay us getting to the airport.

When I returned home I was advised by the car park attendants that my car had to be moved whilst I was away from its original space, G31, to another area of the car park CE17. I returned to my car to find a sizeable scratch on the door where it looks like the door of the car parked next to mine had been swung open hitting it. I am highly displeased with this as it was not my fault and I now have to rectify this at an unknown cost. If there is anything that Bristol airport / holiday extras can do to resolve this for me, I would appreciate it. I will think twice before handing my keys over to a car park in the future.

June who was driving the bus was amazing when my wife realised her handbag was in the car! Without her help and speed of response we would have never caught the plane. Please pass on our thanks. You should be very proud of her.

Everything is easy at silver parking in Bristol. We had an email advising that there were improvements being made on site but there would be a temporary drop off point on our return. This was very smooth and they had about 4 staff who worked very quickly to issue your keys & explain where your vehicle was parked. The bus takes you directly to the airport doors & back to silver parking with no problems. Used this service for a number of years and never had a problem.

we were taken to the temporary Staff helpful and told us where our cars were parked. Only downside was waiting in the cold. Should be okay when new reception open.

While I attempted a booking on 7 Aug, the "holiday extras" web site failed, there was no confirmation online, no email confirmation, no instructions etc - I therefore booked with Bristol Silver Zone parking directly and paid that company directly. I have also now been billed by "holiday extras" for a service I did not receive. I informed " holiday extras" of this through "chat" with "Kevin" on Aug. This email survey received'Aug is the 1st communication I have received from "holiday extras" regarding this "booking"

Well organised. Suggest you separate drivers from other passengers particularly children as they tend to obstruct the points where keys get dropped off and picked up. Also bus design is poor. Gangway soon clogs up and if you use racks u are separated from luggage. Suggest dividing area into stalls so stand with luggage at feet.
