Yes to all the above. Coach was waiting outside the airport on arrival back in the uk, which was a welcome sight with a late night/early morning flight. Smooth key and car recovery.

Parking was very easy and return was just as good. I was emailed and informed that the car park was under hojbg repairs and that we would be taken to a temporary fro off point. Very good and of course we will use you again. No complaints at all.

Larger signs asking people to look for the bay number they have parked in. To avoid people walking all the way to check-in, only to have to walk all the way back to your car for the bay number!!!

The last two stops in Silver zone parking the staff been unable to read the bay the car was parked in causing us to waste a lot of time walking around the car park looking for the car.This time the number I was told was next to there office but was not there .Can numbers not be handwritten?

Silver zone staff parked our car and despite our having displayed a Blue disabled parking badge put us in almost the furthest point from the reception. The reason I have the badge is because I find walking difficult. This came after a hour flight delay, late at night when we were both very tired.

All excellent apart from reception girl who seemed to b having a bad day. Refused to believe the no of our parking spot existed even though it was very clearly marked (unlike some slots where nos were illegible!) She didn't have a very friendly manner but everyone has the occasional bad day.......

Referbishment caused a few issues with lane markings. A works van exiting from the left had a blind view for us from the right and we both had to slam on the brakes.... Luckily we were both being cautious and not driving at speed!

very friendly staff yes, most helpful. bit of confusion on return trip, arriving a 2am, and collecting keys from a hut - went ok but it would have been useful to know this procedure before hand.

I realise that upgrading the key collection point is perhaps necessary but the temporary unit was so awful. Surely you could have expended more money in providing a covered area rather than just a builders hut for your staff to work from. It was raining when we returned, stood in a queue waiting for key was not a nice welcome back.
