Thanks to dry weather on return, pickup was ok, but there was a long queue outside to get bus from airport and another queue outside a portacabin to collect keys. Staff friendly and efficient.

Such a large crowd waiting for keys at the portacabin on Thursday night. Thankfully it wasn't raining. You knew we were coming back but still you had us waiting for overminutes as you looked for our keys. Quite unorganised to be honest

You damaged our car and the subsequent customer service has been appalling! To date we have not heard anything from silver zone parking regarding this, the staff did not seem to care nor were they surprised that this had happened. The driver would have known they'd scratched the car, one of the scratches is right down to the metal! The car was four weeks old when we left it with silver zone parking and it was immaculate. It is now ruined and the duty manager disputed these had happened on site. We also had to wait over forty minutes for the transfer bus at 1am when you had flight details so knew you'd be busy. When a fellow traveller rang to see where the bus was they were told the driver was chatting! You'd therefore left over two bus loads of unhappy customers stranded at the airport in the middle of the night. A really poor service and a large unresolved complaint!

Bristol Airport is consistently the most efficient airport I use in recent years. Despite your rebuilding programme and despite EasyJet's all too common delays, late on Sunday evening we were confronted with a long queue for the Silver Car Park, which I had never witnessed before. After 5 minutes along came 2 double buses and we were soon in the queue for our keys at the temporary reception area. The staff there were working like beavers in their small hut and we were soon directed to our car and we were off home. Brilliant.

I wanted to be the fast track security tickets for the airport but was disappointed when I couldn't do it via the airport webpage. However when I tried with yourself I managed to book them (and they are well worth it). You also have the best airport parking costs as well as always offering a discount. I always recommend you.

unfortunately when I retuned to my car it wasn't in the right place as advised by the person I collected the keys from. They then got a driver to take me up and down rows of cars in a car until we found it - not what you want having already had a flight delay!
