Car parking and bus service to airport were fine. The gravel surface in the new car park area is a nightmare for suitcases on wheels.

Arriving was brilliant On our return we had to wait-40 minutes for a bus to take us back. With a 7 month and 2 year old after a long flight plus could have done without it.

Return to pick up car unsatisfactory - queued in cold wind without any cover for several minutes. Excuse was they were building new pick-up terminal - I hope it opens soon!

We always stay at Silver Zone. Quick and easy, car safe, never had a problem, staff friendly. Noticed about 6 or so cameras take a picture of your car from every angle as you pull up, so if you had damage to the car when picking up they could check back to when you dropped it off. Very good idea.

No issues on departure but waited in a queue of at least+ people on our return for over half an hour in pouring rain. Driver did his best to apologise by keeping us entertained with humorous comments on way back this did save the day! Staff shortages blamed but hats off to the driver for squeezing as many on as possible great service! Car park under reconstruction upon arrival wheeling suitcases across gravel as walk ways blocked off not great!

Facilities were a bit in transition for the return journey as the Silver Zone car Park was upgrading it's reception area. Nevertheless it was a quick turnaround.

Not great having to queue outside with nò cover on return journey when waiting to collect key. Seems to be taking a long time to open new building!!!

at drop off i was asked for bay number, so i had to go back to find this, i know this is fairly standard but should have been more visible on entering car park. On return the bus dropped off at shed other side of car park, stood in queue to collect keys, not very nice at 4am in pouring rain. Will not use Silver car park again until improvements are made. Rather pay a couple of £ more and park at terminal.

I would have given a higher score were it not for the fact that I had to adjust seating and mirror positions on my return to the car and retune my radio to the usual channel. It was clear that additional mileage over and above what would be normally tolerated so my car was obviously used on roads.

Car parking arrangements and collection were fine, even though the pick up place was temporary. Staff were helpful, pleasant and clear. Just a bit aghast at the increase in the price. I hired a car for a week in France for less than it cost to park my car at Silver Zone. Seems a bit out of kilter!

They were about guests waiting at the airport in the rain, when we eventually were on the bus standing like squished sardines, was dropped at a different point which the driver should have told us, as no one seemed to get off, the portacabin to collect our key, then told to go to CB.. The walk was totally out of order, you used to bring cars forward so we didn't have to walk too far. WHAT HAPPEN.

On arrival to collect my car at almost 1 am Saturday 9 September it was parked as far away as it could have been from the key collection point in row CB. Everyone who collected their keys when I did was much closer to the collection point. Unsatisfactory so late especially as we were two women. Also my wing mirrors had been adjusted, temperature control adjusted & radio station altered. I felt my personal space had been violated. I suspect my car may have been driven much further than just around the car park. Seriously disappointed & very unlikely to risk using Silver Zone car park again.

A huge and lengthy bus queue when we came out the airport. Packed bus journey. Deposited in the rain and another queue to get our keys. Initially directed to the wrong parking spot, return to the Portacabin, new instructions and another search, all in the pouring rain. Insufficient cover for my passenger, from the rain, whilst this was dealt with! Not much else could go wrong!!

Quick drop off /book in. Good coach service to departures. On return although due to alterations there was a temporary collection point all went smoothly with helpful friendly staff. Excellent service would highly recommend.
