Everything good except the return to pick up the car. The temporary key collection hut leaves a lot to be desired, especially when caught in a rainstorm as we experienced. This will return to normal, we hope, when the new building has been completed.

The drop-off and collection at Silver Zone Car Park could have been better. There is no shelter apart from a a disused bus shelter. Keys collected from a cabin. We, and our cases, we soaked through and we then had to run a decent distance to collect the car to bring it around.

Standing in a queue in the pouring rain outside a shed to retrieve car keys was not really acceptable.On the other hand check in was quite painless.

Everything about the service was excellent at a good price too. The only comment we would make is that we had to queue to retrieve our car, fortunately it wasn't raining!

Very quiet when we arrived so was very quick.staff were very good,driver was very friendly.on return was a temporary office and it was pouring with rain no shelter although staff were very quick.

Great service so quick & efficient. Temporary office to pick up car due to new office & car park being built, so we were worried that at 2am there will be long delays but there were 3 staff on & it was so quick! Highly recommend & yes we will back for our next holidays for sure!

The staff were really helpful and the facilities for dropping car off were great. Arrival back to the car park to pick up the car were third class. There was nowhere for us to shelter from the rain as we were queuing up for our keys. Very disappointing.

The staff were OK but we were surprised that we had to collect our keys from a porta cabin where were were directed to our car. I dread to think what it would have been like if it were raining. The lack of toilet facilities was more disappointing to. me. Wish we were told before we booked.

have used silver zone many times before and think that a ticket should be attached to returned keys with parking place printed and not have to rely on remembering spoken details

My Key ring had been removed from my key which apparently was my fault for leaving it in although no one told me. Also as a business traveller who booked late I saw price go from £35fri to £51 Sunday which was a shock

So easy to you this facility, the staff were polite and helpful, buses to airport every 5_10 mins, return journey was also very good,buses waiting to take us back to our car. Have used this parking many times and would highly recommend it.

Reception was under refurbishment so had to go to a make shift office to collect car keys. We we informed by text and didn't put us out to much.

Parking no problem every thing ran smoothly. We also booked aspire which we will not recommend, we have used it twice before but gone down hill since. We did complain but the receptionist said that everything was standard to the menu and the bread was fresh in yesterday,which was like rock. So we would never use it again.

I was apprehensive about using Silver due to on-line reviews I had read after I booked. I am glad to say that the standard of service both on departure and arrival was excellent. A special 'congratulations' to the two ladies working in that tiny cramped hut dealing with all the returning passengers.

All went as planned in Silver Zone parking, despite the transition to new facilities. Should be even better when they are completed. One small thing, it was difficult to pull wheeled cases over the chipping surface of the parking areas, hopefully this is a temporary thing and will be improved when the upgrade is finished.

The driver on the return journey was very pleasant and went "beyond his duty" to help us out with a wheelchair passenger and family. It was pouring with rain, we were all tired and his help was so appreciated.

Evreything went smoothly on visit out. But on return reveption was being modernised and a portscabin was bejng used. I needed the toilet and because everyone was in a rush to get theur keys to get back to their cars i didnt ask so just went without using toilet. There were no signs anywhere either

When we were at the airport we got on the the bus ok but the driver was waiting for more and more people to get on. The bus was jam packed and unsafe, even though people said they will wait for the next bus but she squeezed more people on. I think this was totally unacceptable and other people on the bus agreed as well.
