Had to park a long way from reception.New collection building managed to park vehicle even further away.if you could make at least one walk shorter IT might help!WOULD ALSO BE NICE TO GET ALL THE REDUCTION OFFERS BEFORE BOOKING - NOT AFTER!!

We parked in filthy mud. On our return the car had been moved to a different space. It had also been left in locked.

We had to stand in the rain waiting to check in and check out. This was partly due to work being carried out to improve the facilities but could have been avoided if more staff or temporary shelter had been provided.

Works very well even on Thursday when you were in a state of transition Need more buses at busy time and a very big sign reminding people to stand in line there could have easily been an incident as some people walked straight past the line and pushed in several people were upset me included

On return I must admit I was a bit unsure about the vehicle pick up as there was no information given when I dropped the car off that the return collection was different. There were no signs to tell us which way to go once we'd been dropped off fortunately the sheep in me kicked in and I folliwed the pack. the weather was fine but if it had been raining I think there would have been trouble as the key collection area was open to the elements. But hey ho, I got my keys and car, and I would still book to use the facility again.

A good facility but key pick up needs to be in a more substantial building. Bus drivers friendly but we had to wait a long time in the cold for a bus to arrive.

Unfortunately the car park were using temporary huts for key collection which had no shelter. We arrived in pouring rain and had to queue in the rain dressed in summer clothes. There was one agent giving out keys before a second person decided to help

using the Silver Zone outbound was ok but our return was a complete shambles. Have used this parking zone several times without an issue. This time after a wait for a bus instead of being dropped back at the normal reception area we were taken to a makeshift portacabin reception office at the far end of the parking zone. At that particular time it started to rain very heavily and there was only a small shelter that anyone could stand under so everyone had to trudge through the rain to get to their cars. In my particular case I was given an incorrect bay number which meant my wife and I had to walk some distance with cases and then return again to the reception area by then absolutely soaked. The reception staff were unable to decide which was the correct bay so I was eventually taken by another staff member by car around the parking lot to find my car which we eventually found. Not a pleasant experience

Very good, apart from on our return. There was a very long queue for the bus and we had to wait for quite a time. But the temporary office was very well organised at the car park and once there we were on our way within minutes.

Outward OK. Collection pathetic, new facililty not open, hut on car park. Bus driver didnt open rear doors so had to struggle through bus with cases. Temporary road surface nightmare with cases. We would have been soaked if it was raining. Whoever re-parked car had asjusted just about everything possible on driver seat. Would probably go from Birmingham next time, less hassle.

On our return we had to queue up outside a portakabin in the pouring rain to retrieve our keys then walk half a mile to our car. It used to be convenient, now it's rubbish. And very expensive as well.
