good bus service to and from airport to silver parking

The drop off was fine however the collection took way longer than it should. A number of flights got in late on Sunday day night at the same time e and the queues for the silver zone bus were so long they backed up down the terminal - this should have been anticipated better with more buses queuing to accommodate passengers. The new collection facility is good

I have parked n the silver zone many times but have never had to walk so far to the reception and pick up point. With no trolleys available it was not easy.

Facilities were good as usual, staff at checkin were efficient and helpful, but the car seat height and position had been moved, the settings on the satnav had been changed and the settings on the instrument panels have all been changed as well, which seems quite unnecessary to me.

car was not in the advised location, and when eventually found the radio had been fiddled with so much it took 30 minutes to sort out (all pre-sets deleted etc)

I liked your 'new home'! The staff were very helpful and cheerful. The only improvement I would like to see would be that on being given your key, the location would be given on a piece of card or paper. I had to ask two or three times to be sure I had the right location

We've used Bristol Silver Zone Parking several times and as usual it was fine. There was a big queue to collect the car when we got back but it moved quite quickly.

The signage in the car park was awful. Not clear where to go to find a space and a real challenge to find the exit on the way out. Also a lack of instructions, eg we didn't know we had to make a note of the parking space number before walking to reception. However all else fine, shuttle bus worked well.

Did not use booking, very bad feedback about car damage. This was proven by a work colleague. Asked for assisstance in changing, no help.

we had a 2 hour delay and an early start bus arrived quickly.long queue outside in new place to get key... staff couldn't read the scribble on yellow tag.was given choice of 2 places... neither correct.completly wrong row..thank goodness wasn't raining. found car eventually

Really simple and easy; drive in, park, hand your key in to reception with your bay number and catch the bus straight to the airport. It seemed too straight forward at the time! My car was brought closer on collection as well. Staff were nice and helpful.
