we were pleased to see the car was well looked after .but the walking from the collecting the key to finding our car was very hard due to arthritis in my knees,perhaps a shuule bus would help people in my situration

You should of had more buses ready on the return journey so many planes arrived the queue was really bad at 1.am in the morning to take us back to the car park

The original booking in process was very busy and cramped but this may have been due to a new office being opened whilst I was on holiday. The bus service both on arrival and return was extremely cramped.

New key pickup and drop off very easy to use. Building allows the flow of people to enter and leave from different entrance and exits.

the only thing I would see as an improvement would be when your car is collected to have a slip of paper with the parking space marked on it as when you are tired to remember 2 letters and 2 numbers can be difficult

Staff great. One problem, rear car window left open by person moving car. Prob an accident as easy to open rear window whilst trying to open front window, and not realise. However no damage done and not wet in car. Other problem, very long queue to retrieve key, that could do with being speeded up. Other than that all fine.

Everything was fine except when we came home there was a huge queue for a shuttle bus. We had to wait for 3 buses until we could get on.

We did not realise that our car would be moved. Our fault, it must have been in the small print somewhere! Upon return we were directed to a car park space where we were told our car would be waiting. It was not. Several other people returned to the office with the same problem!

Got taken to new collection office for car key. We left car on disabled bay and told them but got told we had a long walk to collect car. I said we parked in disabled bay then l got asked if l had booked this and l said we told man at counter when we left key. Then l was told that l could collect car and drive back for my husband. We were not told that a new office was opening when we went away the week before and then being told we had a long walk to collect my husbands car. A man did go and collect the car for us then we went round the car park twice before asking a worker how to get out of car park as there are no exit signs in that new part of park. And we were not the only ones that had trouble getting out. Why were we not told about new collection off ice when we left car key and why was the car that was parked in disabled spot moved to far end of park? Very helpful l don't think
