A member of staff was exceptional and arranged for someone to take us to our car as it had been parked at a distance and my husband has a bad back and walks slowly so we would have drowned under heavy rain finding our car

Waited ONE hour to collect my key ..... not acceptable. The new building is lovely but would rather the old hut as never waited there. Needs sorting.... more staff.

Within hours of booking the car park we experienced the sudden death of a very close family member. I appreciate that this may have been a prepaid booking but when we tried to cancel the operator was unable to offer any leniency whatsoever. Far too rigid a policy.

Due to revised parking layout, we could not find our car when we returned. Better advice from the Office would have saved us hunting for the car for 25 minutes in the rain and dark!

you need exit signs to get out and 0n the morning of the 21st septam total melt down was happening with the pick up coaches and the key collection was poor. The staff had a hard time with so many people queuing ,it was good it was not raining as divers tried to collect keys and passengers waited outside with the bags.The system of the boxes holding the keys with the staff sitting on the floor racking through to find the correct ones seemed poor and the having to tell each driver the location of car took sometime.Just needs fine-tuning as the old building seemed to work much better as i have used your parking now for quite sometime.I will book again but this was my customer experience on that day.
