Queues waiting for check in at silver zone unacceptable. If it had been raining we would have got very wet waiting in a long queue outside

A massive queue for the bus when we arrived home, no queueing system in place. When we reached reception to collect our car keys, another chaotic queue. It took 90 mins from the start of waiting for the bus to finally reach our car.

Twice now there ahs been very poor service at Bristol. on 5/09 I was told with others to park my car in Zone A, disabled (tho I'm not). On arrival on 12/09 the shuttle driver told those parked in Zone A to remain onboard to go to the old office. They had no idea where my car was. Eventually said helpful driver took us to the temporary hut where the girls located my car in the new Zone C. On 19/09 I left my car in bay, 50 yards from the new reception, on return late on 26/09 I was told my car was in B50 so back in the old Zones, very much farther away from reception than when I left it. I've always believed the point of Silver Zone was to bring your car 'forward' for the customer's convenience. As I searched for mine there were people a good deal older than myself wandering round searching for cars. Maybe some of the money spent on the new building should have been diverted into more staff to help customers or run the system efficiently in the way it should be run. You ask below if I'll book with Holiday Extras again - it's a yes or no so I'll be answering Yes but not before I've checked out other options.

Nothing to do with Holiday Extras, but on return to Bristol Silver Zone at end of holiday, Bristol Airport had changed the total layout of the parking zone, and it was sheer mayhem. Everyone's car had been moved, and quite a few of the returning travellers cars were not where the Reception told them, or the car was there and they had been given someone else's keys. It took us nearly an hour to find our car and leave the carpark. Hopefully it will improve over the next few weeks. Thanks for your help.

Parking areas were too far away from the booking centre.The area on return for collection had moved.If the weather is inclement not good for carrying luggage around.Not enough transport for pickup on return had to wait for 3 buses to return to zone no space.No cover if it rains !!!!!

Waiting time fortransfer from terminal to car park 40 minutes far too long then another 20 minutes to get keys. no pre advice that reception had moved, No information signage of where car was parked to be picked up. Expensive for 1 weeks parking

Staff were excellent, facilities good, you were let down by your signage - very hard to find car - not funny at 3.30 a.m. Need big illuminated signs.

All the service is easy to use and brilliant. Please pass on my thanks to your amazing Debbie on your busses in Bristol. We arrived home late and My grandmother had her mobility scooter with us and she was so helpful. She pulled the bus in perfectly. She hopped strait off and Helped with the ramp with no fuss,informed us the reception had moved, helped us load on and off the bus and even helped us get the car and tell us where it was. After having a holiday struggling to get help it was just a breeze and delightful. To all, keep up the good work, It does get noticed and I look forward to next time.

My husband is very elderly and there was a large crowd having to wait outside in the rain whilst owners collected car keys and very little seating for the disabled or elderly.

We have used silver parking at Bristol airport many times without any issues. This time when i returned to collect my car key the collection office had been relocated and was very disorganised so took 40 mins to queue for the key. Hopefully it was a one off issue.

Very long queues on arrival. Bus driver closed the door in my face so that I missed it. Despite arriving at Sikver zone 40 minutes before bag drop closed we ended up 5 minutes late. EasyJet allowed us to check in bag thankfully. On return found it very difficult to find car. Signage very poor. Instructions from staff too poor. Actually in the space neighbouring to the one it was dupppsrd to be. Very long walk from and to car on arrival and departure. This service has seriously deteriorated. I will not use again having used it many times in the past.

it took the new collection area an hour to find my car first its wasnt were they said it was when we got off the bus a queue of people meet us and then got bigger and bigger with every bus that arrived why have you change it from what was a good system in the first place there must have two hundred people there outside waiting

Took nearly 90 minutes to get our key and car after arriving at silverzone. We were left to wait outside in the cold, nobody seemed to kniw what was going on. We were told at least 3 times that the car would be 10 minutes. We only got the key because my friend spotted it in the hand of a staff member wandering silently about. The car was also damaged, the inside driver door handle has been pulled off. The service was an utter shambles and i would like a refund.
