Staff were excellent. The postcode took the satnav to The wrong place - needs updating The biggest problem was getting back to the car - at almost 1:00am in the drizzle. Too far to walk for such a late flight.

All ok until time to pick-up car. Large queue at midnight because there were only 2 operatives in attendance. Car was parked in overflow carpark necessitating long walk with luggage.

When I arrived to pick up my car I was given unclear directions and wrong location number, meaning a long walk with my luggage, and no car. I returned to the office, a different attendant gave me clear instructions. My car was located very far from the offce, and as I have a chest complaint and am 64 years old,the extra walking did me no good at all.

although the car park is being improved it was very easy to navigate, our car was very easy to get to at the end of our holiday, staff very nice and polite, overall a good experience.

A new "drop off " building had opened , There was inadequate signage for this , a member of staff kindly gave us a lift to the building as we were getting soaked trying to find it .This issue should have been resolved ( the signage ) before opening the building . The airport lounge was good value and a relief after the parking issue .

Unfortunately we didn't know we were parked in the wrong place until the end of our 10 day stay .. So were charged an extra £55 in the long stay car park .. Although we had pre paid by card HSBC earlier this year ..

All went extremely well. The new facilities are working well and there were no huge queues to hold us up. The buses ran practically continually and the drivers were very pleasant and obliging. We will definitely use this carpark rather than our usual more expensive and overfull long term on airport.

Silver parking at Bristol airport were the second day at their new facility , there were no teething problems , it was as smooth as silk. Friendly helpful staff .

when we arrived there were a lot of planes arriving and we had to wait 20 minutes for the buses, then hundreds of people were after their keys but only 5 staff. Not massively unhappy, but could have been slightly better organised.

Seems pointless having your car moved from where you parked it. At busy times everyone's trying to muscle their way off the bus to get to the service desk to grab their keys first. All i could hear in the queue is that this part is pointless and easy to just get off bus go to car and leave. I don't understand the concept of queueing for your keys.

On returning on the afternoon of 26/9/17 there was a huge queue of passengers at the airport building with an unacceptable wait for buses. There was about 10 minutes before the first bus arrived and a further wait for the next bus. There should be better communication between drivers and the operators. Also the operators should be aware of the volume of passengers arriving at any particular time and plan transport accordingly. Very frustrating !

Had a long queue when arrived waiting to hand in car keys out in the rain. Coming home same again then difficulty in finding car as there was no directions where to go.iT WAS A LONG WAY TO GO TO GET TO CAR. We are not looking forward to December when we are using same car park.

Had trouble finding a space to park on arrival - No staff member around to ask for at least 5 minutes - One of your drivers moving a car was driving to fast - I think 5 MHP is enough speed when moving vehicles and he was doing more than that - Had to park in the Collection area and on my return I had to walk a fair distance to collect my car - again no-one around to ask for help - not the best considering that the increase in price - needs sorting.
