Yes everything went smoothly the only thing you can do to improve it is to drop the price as in the space of four months the price has almost doubled

Booking experience was fine however car park itself on return was shambolic. Bus took 30 mins to arrive at which point people were turned away. Our car had been moved as far away from the reception as practically possible and was left unlocked luckily our baby seat was still in situ. Will pay extra to park opposite terminal next time.

Drop off and transfer ok. Transfer back to car park, had to wait over an hour for the bus, then packed in like a herd of cattle, finally got to the reception and the staff could not find my key, had to search 10-15 mins. Then had to endure approximately meter walk in the rain with 5 off suitcases (no trolleys) 2 young children.

Send an email to the customer to bring the car registration number with them to the silver zone reception. We noticed a umber of people running back to their cars to get the registration number. This was holding a line up preventing even faster registration.

Picking up car afterwards - very difficult to find car. Confusing instructions from staff, no clear signage. Spent 30 mins in dark and rain searching with 3 year old in car. Lots of others having same issue. Extremely disappointed.

The staff were helpful, and the new building very nice. The only problem was when picking up our car, we had quite a long walk to find it. Previously when we have used Silver Zone your car was parked very near to the building when you collected it.

The access to the car park was well sign posted,check in was easy and as was transfer to the airport. On our return the key fob had gone flat and I could not disable the alarm system and could not drive the vehicle. The staff were most helpful but eventually I had to call the AA. I was still within my time limit for the car park but I'm sure I could have stayed longer if the AA had not fixed the problem quickly.

Some confusion collecting car. Was told row CD and shown tag to confirm. Car was actually in row CO, poor writing on yellow tag at collection point. Otherwise drop off, transport from park to airport and return all went very smoothly. Secure parking lot.

I parked relatively close to the door DELIBERATELY so that when we arrived back at 3am we didn't have far to walk. Nothing was mentioned about my car being moved until I got back. Not only was it moved it was moved miles away. To G section. Add into that my seat wasn't put back to the same position and I then had to spend time faffing about when all I wanted to do was get home

my car had been moved to the furthest area from reception. I am 80 years old and the trek to my car with my luggage was awful, thank goodness it was not raining.. Signage to find my car was terrible.
