Very efficient check in and even though checking out there was a huge queue it was managed very well and the wait wasn't too long

all went smoothly facilities were as described staff at reception counter could improve communication skills by referring to customers as sir or madam or Mr Smith or Mrs Smith rather than "MATE"

Everything was to perfection. No hanging around at checking the car in. Staff were superb. Easy to get in and out of car park. Pleasure to use Silver Zone. This was our 7th time of using them, looking forward to our 8th.

Not a clue where to park,after lugging luggage around lucky to find a staff member informing me was in the wrong area. As it's a new reception area,signs could be better as to where one has to park no staff around to help. Getting luggage from car to reception not suitable for the elderly,didn't bargain for such hassle getting to departure.

The service as a whole was good but I'm disappointed that the fee has gone up so much. It's gone from £40 something to £62 in just a few months??? That's a huge increase and I know you have done a lot of improvements and it's all very much nicer but we are paying for it.

The wait and enormous queue at the airport was unacceptable. Silver Zone would know when everyone's flights were arriving yet there were no.coaches for quite some time and the queue was so long it passed the other bus stops and blocked exits. Silver Zone admin can't be popular with the airport. I gave 3 points because the staff are very pleasant ( coach driver included) and because I was near a door I was able to get off the bus quickly and get my keys quickly. Goodness knows how it went with the rest of the coach. There was a a LOT of grumbling at the airport by other customers.. As I left the car park I saw an empty coach parked up. Why? I, like others, will be looking at the competition to park at Bristol airport. If it has been raining it would have been a truly hideous experience. I'm back to Spain in November and I think I'll not be parking in Silver Zone. I don't fancy being cold and wet for the first half hour of the wait.

Car parked miles away from check out on the way back, when we got back to car the car had a puncture which was no sign of on the way as my car shows tyre pressure so I wonder where the staff have taken my car. Staff had really messed with the interior of the car the wheel was moved down the mirrors had changed which I would prefer them not to do

Silver Parking have a new facility that cannot cope with busy buses from the airport. Had to queue for 30 minutes to get car key from reception at 2 in the morning on a cold night.

Very easy to find and park. New building for checking car in and collecting keys. Transfer shuttle bus was waiting. Perfect start to holiday. Pleasant, polite staff even at 4.30am!!

After parking my car there was quite a long queue and it took 25 minutes to drop my car keys standing outside in the cold at 4am, luckily it wasn't pouring rain.

Hi... I guess it was teething problems with the new site. Poorly signposted to the new parking area. On arrival, I ended up driving around the long term park looking for a way out. Coming back was a long queue with only two staff looking after a full coachload. They did well though.
