The Queue to book in our car was very long if it had been raining there would have been very wet people as we were all stood outside with no cover that really needs to be addressed.The staff went as quickly as they could and we're very polite. On our return the instructions as to where your car is could be made a bit more clearer maybe put on paper.

when we arrived we found a queue outside onto the pavement it took nearly half an hour to book in instead of normal 5 to 10 minutes we had already been held up enroute and nearly missed our flight

Smooth , quick and efficient going out but some lengthy queues on return but extra staff quickly came across to help. Noticed queues out the door to check in when we returned around 10.30am so be warned and allow extra time for your journey.

Although I was parked in the blue area near reception it wasn't clear where the exit was so for a time I was a little confused. Pleas make the exit signs clearer as in the early hours one isn't at one's best. That apart the new reception and the staff were all brilliant,but for the signage I'd have rated it a ten.
