Site is having a lot of renovation at present and a little in clear at first where to park. Once you have found the new check in area all was great and ran smooth. Friendly people and drop off and pick up prompt. Excellent service which once completion of site a 10/10 will be achieved. Well done.

As we were leaving the airport an empty Silverzone bus drove past us and another partially full one pulled away from the stop meaning we had to wait until another one arrived.

On parking the girl on the desk looked totally fed up , not a good attitude. unfortunately our flight was cancelled, so we returned a few hours later. The girl on the desk was very sympathetic and most helpful.

DROP OFF GOOD. COLLECTION - Our car was in row CD. A fair distance from the check in building, especially as we walked past many empty parking bays. Our car could have been parked a lot nearer the check-in. The new car park area can have you walking further than the old car park.

Yes found the place easily we’ll sign posted. Staff very polite and helpful. Parked in disabled bay (as disabled ) but when returned but of a walk to car as it had been moved to different bay( but maybe my fouls as not sure if I said I needed disabled bay) Would use facility again

Due to a family illness at home we arrived back in the country 10 days early. A quick phone call to the Silverzone parking not only caused them no issues but also they went out of their way to have our car parked at reception so we could get back home with no further delay

The new operating building is very poorly signed in particular from the original parking areas which I had to use because of vast numbers parking

Better directions to the reception and parking it was not well lit and signposted one sign only difficult to see in the dark had changed it since the last time we used it parked in staff area then realised and had to move found it confusing in the dark should be more signs

I’m convinced my car was driven 90 miles whilst I was away. My maths is very good & I remember my mileage when I left my car. But as I did not record it ( photo etc) it was their word against mine. But I don’t think I’m wrong. Raising a complaint won’t resolve this for me.

We were very impressed with the new check in facility but found the return arrangement rather crowded when the drivers and their passengers with luggage all squeezed into the key collection area

Staff were great, signs a bit lacking when we arrived as the new office had only just opened. Resulted in parking about a mile away - with a wheelchair! coming home was fine as the staff had moved the car nearer. Getting the key to come home was really quick - despite there being a queue it didn't take long at all

The new parking facilities at Bristol Silver Zone are excellent. One minor suggestion would be to install 'Exit' signs from the new facility. A minor point, which would not deter me from future bookings though.

We parked the car in car park space "CL08". When we returned, our car had been moved. My husband returned to the office and was told there was no car parking space "CL08" even though we had parked our car there prior to our flight. The assistant told him the car was parked in "CC07". We went to the space but again the car was not there. We walked the rows of vehicles before we found it parked at CC07. This experience was unwelcome and unsatisfactory after a delayed flight and further delayed baggage claim.
