I'm a regular traveler and it was the first time I used the new silver zone and the queue to collect car key on return journey it took 30mins and each time the bus returned people were jumping the queue as it wasn't clear where the queue was forming it was very frustrating

We have used Silver Zone many times but this time the checking in of the car took over half an hour of waiting in the rain. The new system is not working. If it doesn't improve I shall be looking for an alternative.

The negatives...The staff who park the cars should NOT change radio stations as they only move the car from A to B, they very rarely push in the side mirrors so could quite easily be damaged. Was welcomed in the early hours by rats running in front of me. The positives.... check in staff very polite and helpful. Have used Silver Zone many times but I'm considering not to anymore.

Staff v helpful. New facility v nice. However, when collecting the key on our return, the queue was huge! And only 3 staff on duty. Luckily it wasn't raining. Could be improved. But will definitely come back, thank you

We are in our late 70s and our car is always parked a long way from the office. One time it was parked so close to the next one that I had to get in the passenger side. Another time there was a scratch on the side which we did not notice as it was dark when we picked it up.i think pensioners cars should be parked closer to the office.

Going out was fine. Arriving at the airport there wasn't a bus waiting despite knowing our arrival time. On picking up the car directions to the parking space was appallingly vague as people were walking back and forth with there suitcases and going back to the terminal for further directions. if this had been a cold rainy winters night it would have been even more awful. Would not use Silver zone again!!!
