Hi booked parking with you, all good. But the transfer service was awful through misinformation ie I received 3 e mails from you giving instructions on what to do on arrival at airport, and it was completely wrong causing us to nearly miss our shuttle bus, it was pure luck that we caught it.

Long queue for bus. Rude other passengers that were borderline abusive which nearly spoilt the trip. Those aside, only the big queue.

The instructions and car park were easy to find. I parked my car and walked to the drop off point. Keys were taken and hoped on bus. Coming back was a smooth with staff telling me where my car was.

I left some loose change in the car, that I always keep for parking meters etc. Whichever employee moved my car while I was away stole the money. My fault for leaving the cash in there on display perhaps, or a miserable display of how dishonest the employees are?

Very annoyed to have to hand in keys so car would be moved offsite for the 4 days or told to pay a £15 daily fine. This should be pointed out at the time of booking not hidden in the small print. It's a disgrace. Also whoever moved vehicle left drivers window partly open - for how long I have no idea!!!!!!

Parked my car in silver zone. They moved my car and left my lights on which meant when we arrived back to the car early hours of the morning I had a flat battery ???? and now my battery needs replacing!!

After waiting an hour for our bags we went to collect our car. Keys were handed over and we were told car was in a certain space. After getting to the space the car wasn't there. Called for help to a man who works there who was walking around and he said it's common problem and usually caused by the night shift workers. He said to go back to the office. Went back to office, they then said sorry it's in another space. Went to that space, it wasn't there but luckily we spotted it 10 spaces down. So no wouldn't recommend after a day of travelling with 2 toddlers and luggage to lug around looking for the car, going back and fore to the office.

Everything went very smoothly. You allowed me to change my booking to half an hour earlier at the last minute. The asssitant at check-in were ploite and friendly and helpful and the transfer buses were on time.

Got back to carpark was given my keys and told CS26 my car has a disability badge, no car went back to office they were not really interested it was early hours of the morning after my husband got really angry they said they would try and find the key fob that was attached to the keys i walked around the whole carpark checking all the number 26 i'm on crutches, they finally drove up in my car and said it was in CL26 it wssnt there when i checked it i asked why it wasnt parked in the disabled bay and was told there was no room in the bays they were half empty and when i got into my car my badge was broken into and on the floor will never use silver zone again ????????????????
