The staff were great on arrival and the breakfast was great. Only small issue was the access to the car park in a large vihicle was definately a bit of a tight fit and i was concerned i might scratch my bumpers on the walls on exit and entry. But other than that we would use the service again.

Yes, yes & yes.It went so smoothly from check-in to car-parking to hotel room & using the dining facilities.Staff were extremely helpful & friendly.Courtesy bus to & from air-port was easy, driver was cheery & helpful too.Brilliant start to our holiday.Would use this facility again.

Bus pick up from gatwick over 20 mins. Directions to parking site poor. Otherwise facilities and offers fantastic.

The staff were helpful but the Hotel was a little tired, the bus transfer on the way out had a 15 min wait for the driver to have a tea break and also on the way back which was a bit of a pain as it was the hotel just before our stop.
