The hotel was as described. The meal that we pre paid was excellent in the Gatwick Moat House. The return jounrney from Gatwick terminal 2 to the hotel to collect our car was not very good. Nothing to do with holidays extra.

The whole experience was excellent, the staff at the best western were fantastic especially the woman behind the bar in the lounge area who pointed out all the savings to be made using the vouchers found in our rooms

The overall experience was good, staff were polite and courteous. Once we clarified the return instructions, our car was returned within about 20mins, it was not damaged, did not have excessive mileage and the driver was very polite.

Not a 10 this time as the only problem was that, when we collected our car from Airparks, it was parked so close to the next vehicle that our only entry was via the passenger side of our car.

Overnight hotel prior to early flight including a week's parking. Car taken away from hotel for us, stored, and brought back to airport when we arrived home. All went according to plan, taxi arrived at hotel at 4.30am as arranged, hotel was surprisingly good, and car arrived at airport on our return with no problems despite our flight being 2 hours late. Good service all round, and good value too.

Very helpful receptionist at the London Gatwick Best Western Moat House. This receptionist was very personable and willing to help everyone. Hotel was close to the airport (5 minute shuttle) with shuttle running conveniently every 30 mins.
