My wife left her engagement ring in the hotel room (rolled under the bed, Best Western Moat House at Gatwick). Rang hotel from our holiday destination and staff very helpful, found & stored ring till our return - very grateful

Hotel was good and found the room at least to be good value for money. Our floor and our room was far too hot though - even with air conditioning on. Other guest were also saying the same thing.

There is more parking required at best western hotel Gatwick. Our parking at Airparks was excelent.

The staff were very helpful indeed. The bedroom was good and clean, but the bed was rather hard for our liking. Also the park and ride for the airport took longer than we thought in the morning, given how close we were to the airport.

Booked an overnight hotel with maple manor meet & greet on return. The booking from holidayextras itself went well. The hotel stay was great, however, a 50 minute wait for the car delivery at Gatwick after a 9hr overnight flight defeats the object of the meet & greet service.

Best Western at Gatwick a little tired looking but was good value and comfortable. Car parking was very good, prompt arrival of car at terminal after i 'phoned them. All round .... EXCELLENT!
