a great hotel with good pubs to eat close by. 3 very comfortable single beds breakfast in a box delivered to our door was just what we needed. an efficient transfer to the airport made for an excellent stay.

Very easy to book. However, it was a little confusing finding the correct entrance to the hotel off the road. Other than that all went very well and we were greeted on our return with our car.

Great service from booking in to car being delivered to terminal. Car's battery was dead but they got it started and still delivered on time. Will use this service again and would not hesitate to recommend to friends.

Everything went smoothly from check in to departure at the hotel, with the reception staff being extremely helpful. On return to gatwick the car was deliver within about ten minutes. We have used this hotel and Maple Manor parking three times and would definitely use them again.

hotel was only OK and the room was VERY small. On return we had to wait a while for the car to be returned to the airport--outside in the cold which sort of defeats the object of meet and greet.

everything went smoothly, preferred it when the car parks collected the car from the hotel, but just allow 45 minutes to take the car to the car park. As we had time to spare the evening before departure, we booked in our luggage early - this was great, recommend doing this if your carrier offers this service.

Hotel was comfortable and helpful. All arrangements worked fine. Expensive to travel from hotel to airport £3 per head per journey for 5 min bus ride.

The Best Western Hotel at Gatwick was very convenient, the only problem we experienced was on our return they had not notified the Long Stay Car Park about our parking and we had to sort it out on our exit from the car park.

We had booked Gatwick Moathouse for overnight stay on our return from Mallorca as we would have been too late to travel back to Coventry that night. Our flight was delayed by 6 hrs so we arrived very cold & weary but pleased to find that the room had been held. However,this was not up to Best Western standards which we had previously experienced. Having said that the Receptionist was friendly & helpful at 2.30am! and we enjoyed breakfast.
