How can I make an amendment to my hotel booking?
If you've booked one of our flexible packages you'll be able to make changes to it up to 24 hours before you travel. Simply contact us and well be happy to do it for you.
How do I amend Advance Purchase/Supersaver bookings?
These types of bookings are sold at a special discounted rate, and this means that they cannot be cancelled or changed in any way. If you think you may need to change or cancel your booking at a later date, then you may want to book one of our flexible packages which can be amended and cancelled right up until 24 hours before your booking starts.
Which Newcastle hotels are best for families?
All of our Newcastle airport hotels offer both triple and quad family rooms. Children are especially welcome at the 3-star Holiday Inn, where there's a big box of games at reception and a delicious children's menu in the restaurant where those under 12 can eat for free. The popular 4-star Novotel has an excellent swimming pool for the whole family to enjoy.

How do I request a cot for my child?
Most hotels offer free cots and have ample availability, You can contact us to book one. However, we always advise that cots are requested as early as possible.
