Very poor indeed. Our flight took offmins late. When we landed,the pilot had gained time so we were onlymins late. We then had around a 3/4 mile walk to the car and clocked out just after 8.15pm. Although had already paid, we were charged another £4. That was another full days charge! Formins!!!! We had a few cars in the line directly behind me, so I could not reverse back and take time to call and challenge this extra charge. Any other company we have previously booked with, the car parking is in line with your flight. So if delayed, you have extra time to get to your car and leave the carpark. Very disappointed indeed.

website said follow signs to long stay car park 3, no such signs exist. and the car park sensor did not recognise my plate but the staff where helpful when this was reported

There were no staff available we arrived early in the morning. It was difficult to get luggage from the car to the terminal because we had cases, kids and a pram. There were no trolleys. Otherwise it was fine.

The car park was further from the terminal than we expected, and not where shown on the map. Fortunately the weather was dry so it was not a problem. We did have a problem exiting the car park. The display said to scan our barcode, but there was no scanner. Eventually we got help from the office, who let us out. I had expected the number plate recognition system would have opened the barrier as it did when we arrived...... otherwise all was ok.

Very easy arriving and leaving, I didn't even have to enter my reg, the camera recognition for the number plate made it very easy, especially when you are leaving in the middle of the night and knackered!
