Trolleys from carpark to airport would have helped a lot as we were travelling with a baby and a toddler found it difficult managing all the cases and buggy.

When I returned from holiday I took the short walk to the car park. Getting into the car I saw my number plate on my windscreen. So I went to front of the car to inspect what had happened. There was approximately a half dozen scratches on the drivers side of the car next to the number plate housing. I believe that some other car has had a little bump without informing yourselves or myself. (A note left on the car windscreen would have been suffice) by the other car.

road sign seems to be marked as "Long Stay" rather then "Long Stay 3" per your emails but other than that every went perfectly, in fact just about to book again for October :) thanks Stephen

Booked long stay carpark, which is more than 5 minutes from airport terminals . On arrival back to Prestwick, used overhead walkway to carpark, on footpath at entrance of carpark which has know tarmac left on surface, only chipping, my wife fell over whilst walking with her suitcase, injuring her arm, I will never use this carpark again, or recommend it to family or friends, it is dangerous,especially at night.

Easy to book no need for paper work. Registration number of the car was enough on entry and exit to car park. Though on arrival I was worried there would be no space! My usual panic.

Apart from providing a venue to park our vehicle what did you actually do. Where there any people involved in this process locally at this car park? Are there physical inspections of this location at regular intervals? Maybe option to be included in responses to following survey questions.
