Staff member helped me,via intercom,on entry to carpark.On exit,no problem,apart from finding it a little difficult to locate my car-my fault. Very reasonably priced,felt safe and secure as an elderly female travelling alone.

Everything went smoothly the only problem was that the car park was over-subscribed so it was extremely difficult to find a vacant space. This could do with some better organisation but otherwise everything was perfect.

We were worried about the late flight being delayed and going into another day if we would have to pay extra car parking but we were fine, getting back to the car park at 1.00 am did not make any difference

Your service is as always excellent however on the occasion the airport barrier did not recognise our car number and we had to wait for authorisation. We exited on arrival back to the uk after quoting our ref number. No other issues, many thanks we will continue to use you.
