The barrier at the car park did not raise automatically either on entry or exit and i had to wait some time to gain entrance and exit

The airport long stay car park was very covenient for my disabled wife as the disabled section was really close to the terminal entrance. Everything went very smoothly,

Perfect, couldn't have gone any smoother. Pulled up to barrier on entry, got ticket, parked up. Upon return, collected car, drove to barrier, inserted ticket, drove away. Job Done. Excellent service.

Parking at Liverpool airport was so easy and all information was accurate. We fly a lot and will use this facility again !! The parking was only minutes walk from the terminal .

My ticket did not open the barrier for exiting the car park. However, after a few moments delay the operator on the other end of the intercom raised the barrier for us

When I arrived at the car park barrier,it did not automatically pick up the car registration and issue a ticket. After a couple of tries I used the intercom and had yo wait for the operator to check details and issue a ticket. The person in the car next to me seem ed to be having the same problem. Coming back there was no problem.
