Our flight was delayed and we stayed overnight at the airport hotel. We weren't able to use our pre-booked ticket at the barrier and ended up paying for the parking for the whole of our stay. So we paid twice!Thanks.

Yes everything was great although I was a little concerned as our flight was delayed by an hour and half and would therefore be late to collect my car and didn't know if I would be charged extra parking fee as it happened I wasn't

Staff we friendly but the car park barrier did not recognise the reg number and as a result I was presented with a bill £85 bill when I tried to leave the car park

The car park cameras do not read the car reg and you always have to talk over the microphone with staff. Rest parking went smoothly and ok

Barrier was up when we arrived and no ticket was issued so we were on edge a bit wether this would cause problems on our return but it didn't. Didn't like the warnings of if we had of been just a few minutes late that we would have been charged lots of money extra, there was no clear mention of this when going through the booking process. So if we had had a delay (which quite often happens these days and would have been out of our control )we would be penalised with heavy extra costs, how is this fair? Wasn't impressed with that at all.
