Very thing went as planned. The location was pretty close to the terminal and driving in and out was quite easy. I recommend it.

Unfortunately everything did not go to plan. As previously on arriving back at Liverpool and collecting the car we proceeded to the exit , putting the ticket in the machine then nothing. And we where not the only ones this was happening to. Eventually we managed to get through to someone on the intercom and then spending 5mins trying to find the reference number we were let out. This is not the first time this has happened at Liverpool airport, never any such problems at manchester.

Booking is so easy and the prices are excellent. However, When trying to exit after our stay the message said we owed £68. Pressed the assit button and gave our reference number and the barrier was lifted which was okay but not sure how we would have gone on if we had forgotten to take our paperwork

Entry to car park was OK. Upon return my car would not start so I asked for help. The staff could only suggest that I ask a taxi driver to give me a jump start as they did have any jump leads. Taxi drivers wanted £25 to do this. What a rip off they operate. I had a similar problem before at Manchester Airport as they have a vehicle with a battery box that comes to help. My experience means that not only will I never use this car park again but I will never use Liverpool airport again.

Our registration was not recognised upon arrival but we had only booked over the phone en route to Airport and we we arrived at 11.59 not 12.00 so no complaints. Everything was ok because the staff were great, allowed us through after enquiring when we had booked and he advised us to quote the booking reference when we departed. This worked on the day so all was well.

The signage on arrival should be much clearer regards long stay pre-booked parking. i ended up , on a dark November morning, turning down the short stay and then having to reverse.... Not too good.
