no at the barriers it said I owed £85.00 when I put my ticket in the machine ? this keeps happening even though I book through you I still have to get my booking reference out of my hand luggage case when in the car at the barriers can be most annoying had to press the help button and give my booking reference to open barriers please sort this out it happens every time I book through you ????

The only issue is that the entry machine never recognises my car reg and I always have to contact the parking officer to exit the car park. I worry that I will be charged extra as displayed on the exit machine?

staff helpful. Experienced problem on entry as camera misread 1stltter of plate, not making link to booking. Went directly to office to query. On return produced erroneous ticket and copy of booking at office. System then over-ridden.

The number plate recognition did not work so the barrier would not rise until I took a ticket The attendant told us to sort it out at the office on our return We decided to go straight away as our return was late on Sunday night

There was no record of my payment initial on my return so had to phone for assistance at the check out. They sorted it with my ref number but was not ideal as it was midnight and freezing conditions

The barrier to the car park was up when we arrived, so we didn't get a ticket, when trying to leave it took a while for someone to actually answer the buzzer. Once answered the guy was helpful.

we paid to park on the long stay at Liverpool airport and as we had two disable passangers with us we forgot to put our blue badge in the window so when we got back from our holiday we had a parking ticket so wasn't very happy so next time we will have to remember to do this
