The ticket barrier did not recognise my reg number but I was allowed in after speaking to an attendant over the intercom. On leaving a few days later the machine would not recognise the ticket it had issued on arrival. The attendant said it was issued to another car! I was eventually allowed out after finding and showing the confirmatory e-mail to an attendant who arrived on foot 10 mins later. The set up there is a shambles.

No fault of yours, but my flight was delayed by 9 hours! As a result, by the time I got to the Long stay car park at Liverpool airport it was no longer Friday March 4th but we'd moved forward to Saturday 5th March. The car park office was all locked up and I had to stay at a Hotel for the night at a cost of £64. Next morning when I went to get my car from the long stay car park the unfriendly and incredibly unhelpful Liverpudlian attendant wanted to charge me an extra £30+and refused to let me out. Only after an unpleasant argument did she relent, telling me that in future I would have to make a claim from the airline after first paying the surcharge to be let out. Not acceptable and a policy that you might consider challenging?

Every thing was very good the staff were great the plane was 45mins late which took us 10mins overour time no problem we explained and it was fine We always go to leeds with holiday extras they are the cheapest and the best

I was travelling with a disabled friend who is a Blue Badge holder but needed to keep it with her for our destination. The attendant was extremely helpful in telling us how to get a copy of it to put in the car and the staff at the parking office were helpful and efficient in dealing with that.

Car park very easy to find. Well lit which is important to me as a solo traveller, particularly as I usually land at night. Short walk to terminal. Excellent value for money when compared to other airports.
