On returning from our flight the automatic barrier did not recognise my car registration no stating that I owed £100.eventually the man at the other end of the intercom sorted it out for us.but why did it recognise our car when we arrived 10 days ago and not when we were leaving.

Excellent. On site, disabled parking. 5 minute walk. Good directions and signs into car park. Greeted by name on machine. Departure easy.

Staff rude. Parking 4hrs over and asked to pay £45. At 0100hrs in morning with a 4 hr drive to go it took 40 minutes to sort payment out. Nightmare.....and never again for me.

All went very well Arrive at the entrance and as if my magic the machine welcomes you issues a ticket. On leaving I was cut up by another car who was in a terrible hurry , he had a problem at the barrier but we went to the next barrier and were on our way in seconds and I smiled at my rear view mirror as someone was still stuck at his barrier!

I have been to Liverpool many times but this is the first time I had booked myself, so on autopilot I turned up at the wrong car park, when I contacted the office the problem resolved immediately and without having the piss taken out of me (which I probably deserved). Many thanks.
