All ok except ticket machine misread reg number so had to get staff to check booking so could exit. Also very long walk from available parking spaces but just the luck of the draw!

Staff in the Liverpool lounge were extremely pleasant, friendly and helpful. I was impressed that they had reserved seating for us because we had pre-booked and the lounge was filling up with people arriving and paying on the day. The pasta dish and sandwiches are a good improvement on the usual offerings of soup, cheese and nibbles. Very fresh and nicely made sandwiches too, and a good selection. I think staff should be encouraged to ask groups to lower the noise if and when they are becoming rather rowdy.
